We’re looking for a Senior Motion Designer who can bring energy (literally and creatively) to our brand through engaging visual content that educates, inspires, and converts.

As a Senior Motion Designer at Hyrivo, you’ll lead the creation of high-impact motion graphics and animations that communicate our solar solutions in a clear and compelling way. From explainer videos to social media campaigns and product visuals, your work will help customers understand the power of going solar.

The company will provide the necessary materials and support.

What you'll do

  • Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for

  • Marketing campaigns

  • Social media content

  • Website visuals

  • Product explainers

  • Investor and presentation materials

  • Translate technical solar and energy concepts into simple, engaging visual stories

  • Develop and maintain Hyrivo’s motion design style and visual identity

  • Storyboard and concept creative ideas from script to final animation

  • Edit video content including transitions, sound design, and visual effects

  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing team members

  • Stay up to date with motion design trends, tools, and techniques

  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What you have

  • 5+ years of professional experience in motion design or animation

  • Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, explainer videos, and branded content

  • Advanced skills in:

  • Adobe After Effects

  • Adobe Premiere Pro

  • Illustrator & Photoshop

  • Solid understanding of timing, typography, color, and visual storytelling

  • Experience creating content for digital marketing and social media

  • Ability to simplify complex topics through visuals

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely

  • Video Editing & Post-Production: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve

  • UI & Web Animation Collaboration: Figma, Adobe XD, Lottie

  • 3D & Visual Effects (Optional): Element 3D, Redshift, Octane Render

  • Storyboarding & Concept Development: Miro, Milanote, Notion

  • Audio & Sound Integration: Adobe Audition, Audacity

  • Asset Management & Collaboration: Google Drive, Dropbox, Frame.io

  • Project & Workflow Management: Trello, Asana, Monday.com

  • Core Creative Skills: Storytelling Through Motion, Visual Timing, Brand Animation, Typography Animation, Creative Direction

The hourly pay for this position ranges from $40–$150 USD and includes eligibility for equity. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on several factors, including skill set, experience level, certifications, and geographic location.
