Hyrivo is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to help expand our reach in the renewable energy market. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, presenting our energy solutions, and closing deals that help homes and businesses transition to cleaner, more efficient power.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident, persuasive, and passionate about sustainable energy solutions.

What you'll do

  • Identify and reach out to potential residential and commercial customers

  • Educate clients on Hyrivo Energy’s solar and energy solutions

  • Present product benefits, pricing, and savings opportunities

  • Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and virtual meetings

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts

  • meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems

  • Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings

What you have

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Confidence in presenting and closing deals

  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

  • Ability to explain technical products in simple terms

  • Comfortable using CRM software and digital communication tools

  • Reliable internet connection for remote work

Training will be provided. Must be available for scheduled shifts or deadlines

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo

  • Communication & Outreach: Gmail / Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Zoom

  • Sales Engagement & Follow-Ups: Mailchimp, Outreach, Calendly

  • Proposals & Documentation: Google Docs, Microsoft Word

  • Sales Tracking & Reporting: Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI

The hourly pay for this position ranges from $40–$120 USD and includes eligibility for equity. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on several factors, including skill set, experience level, certifications, and geographic location.
