We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead how our products are positioned, launched, and communicated to the market. This role bridges the gap between product, sales, and marketing—ensuring our solutions resonate with the right audience and drive measurable growth.

You’ll be responsible for understanding our customers deeply, shaping compelling messaging, and enabling internal teams with the tools they need to succeed.

What you'll do

  • Develop clear, compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our offerings in the market

  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and feature releases

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps

  • Work closely with Product teams to translate technical features into customer-focused benefits

  • Create and manage high-impact marketing assets including sales decks, product sheets, case studies, landing pages, and email campaigns

  • Enable Sales and Customer Success teams with training, tools, and product knowledge

  • Track and analyze product performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer feedback to improve marketing strategies

  • Support demand generation initiatives with targeted messaging for different customer segments

  • Act as the voice of the customer within the company

The hourly pay for this position ranges from $40–$135 CAD and includes eligibility for equity. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on several factors, including skill set, experience level, certifications, and geographic location.
