Hyrivo is looking for an experienced and non experience Product Manager to lead the development and improvement of our digital and operational products. You will work closely with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to define product goals, prioritize features, and ensure we deliver solutions that create real value for our customers and the business.

What you'll do
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products
Translate business needs into clear product requirements
Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to launch
Monitor product performance and use data to guide decisions
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery
Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders
What you have
Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role
Strong understanding of product development processes
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to balance technical and business perspectives
Experience with product management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.)
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in energy, solar, or technology industries
Background working with software or digital platforms
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
Experience using data and analytics to drive product decisions
You do not need experience with all of these skills. What matters most to us is your willingness to learn, attention to detail, and approach to problem-solving, Patience, and empathy. Tools can be learned.
Training will be provided. Must be available for scheduled shifts or deadlines

The hourly pay for this position ranges from $40–$115 USD and includes eligibility for equity. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on several factors, including skill set, experience level, certifications, and geographic location.
