Hyrivo is looking for a reliable and motivated Product Distributor to manage the supply and distribution of our solar energy products. You will serve as the link between the company and retailers, installers, or other resellers, ensuring that our products reach the right markets efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone organized, business-minded, and passionate about clean energy solutions.

You’ll play a key role in connecting Hyrivo’s energy solutions to new markets, coordinating with partners, and ensuring seamless availability that supports the transition to reliable, sustainable power. What you'll do

  • Purchase and manage inventory of Hyrivo Energy products for distribution

  • Build relationships with retailers, installers, and other resellers

  • Identify and expand new distribution channels

  • Ensure timely delivery of products to clients and partners

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate logistics

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and sales

  • Work with sales and operations teams to forecast demand

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and product handling standards

What you have

  • Proven experience in product distribution, logistics, or supply chain management

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships

  • Organized and detail-oriented with inventory management skills

  • Basic understanding of sales and market strategies

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Understanding of local market trends and retailers

  • Inventory & Stock Management: Zoho Inventory, TradeGecko, NetSuite, QuickBooks

  • Order & Distribution Management: ShipStation, ShipBob, SAP, Oracle NetSuite

  • Communication & Collaboration: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Email (Outlook / Gmail), Zoom

  • Customer & Partner Management: CRM Systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM)

  • Logistics & Tracking: GPS / Fleet Tracking Apps, Route4Me, Google Maps

  • Documentation & Reporting: Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Airtable, Power BI

  • Core Distribution Skills: Inventory Tracking, Order Fulfillment, Logistics Planning, Vendor Management, Customer Communication, Market Expansion

The hourly pay for this position ranges from $40–$120 CAD and includes eligibility for equity. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on several factors, including skill set, experience level, certifications, and geographic location.
