We are looking to hire Data Entry personnel across multiple experience levels, including candidates without prior experience, to support Hyrivo’s engineering and innovation initiatives.

What you'll do

  • Enter, update, and keep company data accurately in internal systems.

  • Review documents for errors, completeness, and accuracy.

  • Organize and manage electronic files and records.

  • Prepare daily or weekly data reports as instructed.

  • Ensure confidential information is handled securely.

  • Communicate with supervisors for task updates and clarifications.

  • Perform quality checks on completed work before submission.

  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy.

  • Must have access to a reliable internet connection.

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors.

  • Must be reliable, energetic, and able to follow instructions.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Good organizational skills and time-management abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

Prior data entry experience is an advantage but not required. Training will be provided. A fast-typing speed and basic knowledge of spreadsheets or data software are a plus.

  • Spreadsheet & Database: Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable

  • Forms & Data Collection: Google Forms, Typeform

  • CRM & Project Management: HubSpot, Trello, Asana

  • Cloud Storage: Google Drive, Dropbox

  • Communication: Slack, Outlook / Gmail

  • Automation (Optional): Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate

The hourly pay for this position ranges from $40–$100 CAD and includes eligibility for equity. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on several factors, including skill set, experience level, certifications, and geographic location.
