As a Data Analyst at Hyrivo, you’ll play a critical role in helping our teams make smarter, data-driven decisions across energy operations, product development, and customer solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to uncover insights, improve performance, and drive measurable impact across our energy platforms.

What you'll do
Collect, clean, and validate data from internal systems and external sources.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency before analysis.
Interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
Use statistical tools & analytics to answer business questions and support decision-making.
Build clear, compelling reports and dashboards using BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Present findings to leadership and cross-functional teams with actionable insights.
Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and customize solutions.
Automate regular reporting and analytics tasks where possible.
Establish best practices for data handling, storage, and security.
Suggest and implement improvements in data processes and systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science,Mathematics,Economics, Data Science,
Strong SQL skills and familiarity with querying databases.
Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Comfortable using Excel for analytics and reporting.
Ability to interpret complex data and Role and Responsibilities communicate insights clearly.
Knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis.
Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
Familiarity with ETL workflows and data warehousing.
Experience in fintech, SaaS, or tech startup environments.

The hourly pay for this position ranges from $40–$100 USD and includes eligibility for equity. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on several factors, including skill set, experience level, certifications, and geographic location.
