Hyrivo is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Success Manager to build strong relationships with our clients and ensure they receive maximum value from our services. You will serve as the main point of contact after onboarding, helping clients succeed while identifying opportunities to improve their experience.

Your work will play a key role in customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth, The company will provide the necessary materials and support.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs and inquiries

  • Guide clients through onboarding and service adoption

  • Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns promptly

  • Track client performance and provide regular updates or reports

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues

  • Identify opportunities for upselling or additional services

  • Reduce churn by ensuring clients achieve their goals

What you have

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts at once

  • Experience using CRM systems

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills

  • Ability to explain technical or service-related information clearly

  • Strong business acumen and practical problem-solving ability

  • Ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously

  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services

The hourly pay for this position ranges from $40–$150 USD and includes eligibility for equity. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on several factors, including skill set, experience level, certifications, and geographic location.
